Code of conduct

I agree to treat mentees with respect, maintain appropriate boundaries, keep information shared by mentees confidential, avoid conflicts of interest, and inform AMP if I am no longer able to participate. I understand that AMP may suspend or remove my mentor profile if these expectations are not met.

Data collection & use

I consent to AMP Singapore collecting, using and managing the information provided in this form for volunteer and programme administration, communication, matching, programme evaluation and related purposes, in accordance with AMP's Privacy Policy.

I understand that my information may be transferred to and maintained in AMP's Volunteer Management System, and that a volunteer account may be created for me to manage my participation and mentoring activities.

Public mentor profile

I consent to AMP publishing my name, professional field, company/organisation, current position/designation and educational background on the website once my profile is approved, together with a profile photo and bio if I provide these to AMP later. I understand that I may request for my public profile to be updated or removed at any time.
